The Snug opened in December 2021 and was an immediate success. With over 300 stays and amazing 5 Star Reviews via Airbnb, in our first 3 months we achieved Superhost status and more recently Guest Favourite and featuring in the top 1% of all homes across the world being based on our ratings, reviews and reliability. Fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, glassware and all the cooking utensils you will require.
Our bathroom showcases a distinctive free-standing roll top bath, amazing walk in rain shower, vanity unit incorporating luxury hotel towels, WC and supply of toiletries and sundries.
Our elegant bedroom has a sumptuous king sized bed with luxury feather and down quilt, quality bed linen, bed-side cabinets, double door wardrobe, free standing full height mirror, robes and spa slippers, dressing table, vanity mirror and boudoir chair and features motorised roof blind – your gateway to view the night time moon and stars.
As you leave the bedroom via French doors you enter your private Mediterranean themed garden featuring under a solid wood gazebo a 2024 model amazing 6-person hot tub, a patio area with sun lounges, barbecue area and firepit, then to your 2nd craftsmen built solid wood enormous gazebo furnished with large L shaped rattan sofa, dining table and four chairs, a wonderful outside space, that has catered easily when both cottages have been booked together by two couples. Your hot tub is four paces from your French doors and is always prepared and ready for your arrival at a tranquil thirty eight degrees. We often welcome guest’s unsure or have never used a hot tub, so Julie and Steve give a demonstration of all the controls and features to maximise your stay.
We provide a comprehensive Welcome Pack for your enjoyment. This comprises of Yorkshire tea, Kenco instant coffee, sugar, sweeteners, de-caffeinated tea and coffee, speciality teas, hot chocolate, luxury coffee sachets, ground coffee and cafetiere, semi-skimmed milk, bottled water a selection of snacks, breakfast cereals, fresh fruit, bottle of prosecco and our locally home produced gin.
